A Graduate of Chicago School of Massage Therapy, class of 2004, Carrie has been providing the Northshore and Chicagoland area with most excellent customer service and massage therapy for almost twenty years. After graduation, Carrie began her journey at a Day Spa in Evanston, offering massage and body treatments. After two years at the spa and wanting to widen her tool kit, she began to work for a private Fitness Center. Alongside fitness trainers, Carrie gained more knowledge, experience and respect for the importance of fitness and muscle health. After ten years of working for others and in Fitness Center settings, it was time to move on and focus on her own Massage practice. In 2014, she started her practice in Evanston. Now Carrie sees a variety of clients ranging in age and fitness levels. She specializes in "Deep Relaxation"-a blend of Deep Tissue and Relaxation massage, while also incorporating stretching and movement techniques to provide well rounded and thorough bodywork. Overall Carrie enjoys helping people heal, restore and feel better by using massage therapy and bodywork. "Massage is a powerful tool to supplement your health and wellness. It can help manage and get rid of pain when used correctly".-CB 🌸
