Creator of YINFUSION TM , Yoga Alliance certified instructor and Reiki Master. I am passionate about my practice because I have witnessed first hand it's positive results. I suffered from a serious injury that left me with chronic pain. I am committed to ongoing education that supports my practice allowing me to share my experiences with others who suffer the same. Life is fast and doesn't often afford us the time to just be however, these short intervals that we set aside for ourselves, the little gifts of time, are just enough for the magic to begin.
