Graduating from the Aveda Institute in early 2021, Ashley began her career as a Licensed Aesthetician with high honors and an A-list status. Ashley’s passion for skincare came as a surprise. As a professional dancer for over 14 years, Ashley accumulated experience in makeup and hair. Believing cosmetology was her path, she began to tour local schools. Ashley was introduced to the world of beauty and quickly realized her calling was not hair, but SKIN! Her personal struggle with her own skin played a key part in her career switch. With an interest in MedSpa treatments, she also became a Certified Laser Technician. Ashley has had the unique opportunity of having months of one on one training with Founder and Master Facialist, Sam. She is experienced in all our services and is known for her sweet temperament. Ashley is the empathetic and eager skincare guru you’ve been waiting for. Outside of the treatment room, you can find Ashley at the dance studio or practicing yoga. As a native Tucsonian, her life is filled with family and friends. You won’t regret booking with this charming, positive and relaxed soul. Fun Fact: Ashley is a cat-lover with 2 kitties and she also has a bearded dragon named Percy!

Carrie has been a Licensed Aesthetician for almost 30 years! In addition to her long career with aesthetics, Carrie has also been practicing nutrition for over 20 years. As a Certified Nutritionist and Licensed Aesthetician, Carrie provides an expert holistic approach when treating skin. Her passion for not only beautiful, but healthy skin is just as strong now as it was in the beginning of her career. Carrie has experience in almost every facet of the beauty industry. From working at multiple luxury resort and day spas all over the country, she also has taught hundreds of classes and was an educator for several skincare lines. To say she is merely experienced is an understatement. She has dedicated her profession to educating clients on the art of glowing from within through nutrition advice and the use of clean + clinical products. Carrie is more than a Master Facialist, she is a skincare guru. Outside of the treatment room, you can find her camping, hiking or exploring in the mountains and desert. Fun Facts: Carrie has traveled to 23 countries on 5 continents (most of them solo!) and has held her Aesthetics license in 5 states!

Sam, Founder and CEO of ClearSkin, is an exceptionally passionate Licensed Aesthetician who focuses on specialized and modern aesthetic treatments with a holistic approach. With over 6 years of hands-on experience, Sam is an alumni of Pure Aesthetics- the only natural skincare school in Arizona that focuses solely on Aesthetics training. Aesthetics was her first career choice. Her ardor for timeless, glowing skin is evident through her devotion to the client experience and her astounding portfolio of results. Throughout her career, she noticed a hole in the beauty industry for a spa that was not only focused on corrective treatments with a holistic approach, but also provided a modern + luxurious experience. Her end goal is to make ClearSkin a “mini Ritz”: First-class providers, customer service and products + treatments. In addition to performing facials, Sam is our Visionary. She manages marketing, finances and is a sensational ideator. When she’s not performing glow-ups in the treatment room, you can find Sam working relentlessly on growing ClearSkin or her other businesses with her husband (fondly known as “Mr. ClearSkin”). Fun Fact: Sam can do the moonwalk and she rides horses competitively!
