Jes Davis has always had a passion and vision for all things beauty. Since she was 13, Jes has been doing hair and makeup for her friends and sisters, around town! She loves how helping women look and feel their best can positively impact their confidence. After Jes completed her Bachelors Degree In Apparel Design & Production at Colorado State University, she couldn’t shake the feeling she should be in the beauty industry, she went on to study Cosmetology Arts in Denver, followed by multiple apprenticeships resulting in a professional career in hairstyling. She has been mastering her trade for over a decade! Jes believes mastering your craft is the key to success. Jes has performed many methods of hair extensions over the years, when Hand-Tied Extensions was introduced to her, she absolutely knew she could perfect the system, after much research, and many trials ILLUSION™ was born! She currently specializes in Hand-Tied Hair Extensions in her own salon along with being the lead educator for SILX Global. She often travels around the county helping other stylists perfect their craft, and now online! When she’s not in the salon you can find her running around like crazy with her husband and 3 kids from sporting event to sporting event, designing and building custom homes with her husband and traveling the world with family and friends. Her mission is to empower women, help them perfect their craft, and make them feel confident, inside and out!

Madi grew up in the world of beauty, with not only her mom being a hairstylist but also her stepmom! Growing up in the salon life she got to see first hand woman’s confidence boost immensely during their hair appointments and was eager to become apart of it and help others reflect their inner beauty on the outside. Madi recently moved to the Denver area from Fort Collins where she went to school at Institution of Business and Medicine, she developed a passion for hair extensions, highlighting and color! If you can’t find Madi in the salon, she’s hanging out with her friends and family or shopping. She is ready to grow her clientele and get to know people in her new area!
