Katie has been helping women through all of the changes in life - athletics, anxiety, transitions to college, marriage, pregnancy, postpartum years, and also specializes in chronic pain. She has practiced Physical Therapy and yoga since 2005 and now interweaves them along with Reiki and Myofascial Release into gentle hands-on treatment, and uses her intuition to guide and create each treatment and class.
