Body Truing: Massage + Movement 

Hi! My name is Marly. I am a licensed massage therapist and Pilates instructor in Tucson Arizona. I utilize therapeutic, medical, and sports massage along side Pilates and weight training to create unique treatment plans that help my clients reach their health goals. While I employ conventional techniques: myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and medical massage protocols; my clients would not describe our sessions as conventional! I learned the rules so I could bend them to suite the needs of each individual. I completed a 750 hour massage therapy program through the Cortiva Institute here in Tucson in 2009. In 2015 I became a certified personal trainer through NASM, and continued the pursuit of movement education in 2018 with Ren Udall, owner of Centerline Movement, completing a 500 hour Pilates teacher training program. I love continuing to learn, because the human body is endlessly fascinating, and also to have the best tools available to help my clients stay healthy and active. The other, arguably more important, part of the team is Fiona. Fiona is the office manager and official greeter at Body Truing Massage + Movement. She was born around January 2015 in Colorado, and came to live with me in 2016. Fiona loves naps and going for walks, but not more than she loves people. She will greet you as you come in, but you don't have to consent to her sloppy kisses.
