ARX Full Body Session
ARX Full Body Session

Each full-body ARX session is facilitated personally by one of our dedicated and experienced professionals. During each session, we utilize the most state-of-the-art strength training equipment on the planet - Adaptive Resistance Exercise - to deliver the most effective, efficient, and safest comprehensive full-body workout possible. Each session will consist of anywhere from 3 to 12 movements that will cover all of the major muscle groups in the body - the chest, the back, the arms/shoulders, the legs/glutes, and the abdominal/core. Each movement is customized to the client's specific range of motion, and performed until momentary muscle failure is experienced. The quantity of exercises each client performs depends where that individual is on their specific fitness journey. With that said, our goal for every client is to add exercises weekly (when appropriate), up to the point that they are capable of safely and effectively performing up to 12 total exercises in a matter of 30 minutes.

During your first BioFit trial session, you'll get to experience the unmatchable effectiveness of Adaptive Resistance Exercise (ARX). ARX technology combines computer-controlled, motorized resistance that is capable of matching the force of any user 100% of the time. This means that clients can perform every movement at 100% maximum output potential, SAFELY, throughout their specific biomechanical range of motion. We oversee each exercise until momentary muscle failure is reached, meaning the client is unable to perform any more reps and has adequately depleted the correlating muscle fibers so that no more sets or reps are needed for that specidic exercise or muscle group. By analyzing real-time data of each client's strength decline throughout each exercise, we are able to deliver the perfect amount of exercise — WITHOUT overtraining. Our goal is that your recovery is as quick and productive as possible so that you grow maximally between each of your ARX sessions!
