Joe is not only the owner of Bicycle Roots, but also the hard working service manager. He's got about a million years of experience as a bike mechanic and he can fix just about anything you throw at him. Joe also knows which repairs are worth investing in, and when a customer might be better off saving their money and putting it towards something else.
