During your first BioFit trial session, you'll get to experience the unmatchable effectiveness of Adaptive Resistance Exercise (ARX). ARX technology combines computer-controlled, motorized resistance that is capable of matching the force of any user 100% of the time. This means that clients can perform every movement at 100% maximum output potential, SAFELY, throughout their specific biomechanical range of motion. We oversee each exercise until momentary muscle failure is reached, meaning the client is unable to perform any more reps and has adequately depleted the correlating muscle fibers so that no more sets or reps are needed for that specidic exercise or muscle group. By analyzing real-time data of each client's strength decline throughout each exercise, we are able to deliver the perfect amount of exercise — WITHOUT overtraining. Our goal is that your recovery is as quick and productive as possible so that you grow maximally between each of your ARX sessions!

We allow for a maximum of 3 ARX strength-training appointments per 30-minute time slot, facilitated personally by one of our dedicated staff. During each session, we utilize the most state-of-the-art strength training equipment on the planet - the ARX OMNI and the ARX ALPHA - to deliver the most effective, efficient, and safest comprehensive full-body workout possible. Each session will consist of anywhere from 5 to 12 movements that will cover all of the major muscle groups in the body - the chest, the back, the arms/shoulders, the legs/glutes, and the abdominal/core. Each movement is customized to the client's specific range of motion, and performed until momentary muscle failure is experienced.

Sweat it out! Whereas traditional saunas use heating elements to increase the air temperature around you, infrared saunas use infrared panels that quickly penetrate human tissue and thereby elevate your core body temperature before heating the air around you. You'll sweat and your heart rate will increase as the body attempts to cool itself, thereby mimicking the effects of exercise and providing similar health benefits. Our sauna is a private, 1-2 person unit and is housed in a dedicated room to ensure client privacy. Sessions are booked in 30-minute blocks. Bluetooth is available during your session, so you can set the mood as you relax!
