Dr. Lindsay Rush @ CryoFit New Berlin

If you’re like me, you work hard so you can play hard, but that doesn’t mean getting treatment and staying healthy should be hard… Dr. Lindsay and Beyond Physical Therapy are here for you! We go above and "beyond" to figure out what your injury is, and get you feeling better on the first visit! Dr. Lindsay attended Carroll University and earned an Entry-level Doctorate in Physical Therapy (2008). Since then, she "took a deep nerdy dive" by earning designation for clinical expertise as a national board-certified Orthopedic Therapist, a certified Manual Therapist, and earned certifications in Dry Needling and treatment of CrossFit and Fitness athletes. Her previous experience includes outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine in large hospital as well as small practice settings. When Dr. Lindsay is not working, she heads outdoors. You might catch her running on the Oak Leaf Trail, or rolling on her fat bike on the local single track trails. She and her “hubs” enjoy boating on our beautiful Wisconsin lakes and playing in the snow on our snowboards or snowshoes. Dr. Lindsay pretends to be a good cook and loves to pair her creations with a craft beer.

Dr. Samantha Navins @ CryoFit/Franklin
Dr. Samantha Navins @ CryoFit/Franklin

Dr. Samantha believes that every physical therapy treatment should be fun because "PT" actually stands for PARTY TIME! You should not have to slow your roll because of pain, stiffness, soreness, tightness or decreased performance. Dr. Samantha is an expert at treating injuries so that people can maintain AND SUCCEED in their optimal performance. Fun fact: You do NOT actually need to be “in pain” or injured to go to physical therapy! We provide you with the tools to heal yourself, optimize your performance, AND prevent injuries. If someone is feeling worried that their joints are tight, that’s a great time to get on the schedule! Dr. Samantha graduated from Carroll University with an entry-level Doctorate in Physical Therapy (2017) and has been working with the athletic population ever since! She has a background in using body mechanics training, dry needling and taping techniques to help her patients achieve success! She enjoys working with active individuals with both new and persistent injuries. In addition, treating people with shoulder and neck pain is her JAM! She also enjoys long walks on the beach...because daily exercise is an important component of physical therapy treatments ;)
