Cindy is registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. She is trained in the Evidence-Based Research by Dr. John Gottman for Couples Counseling. She does Pre-Marital Counseling, works with couples struggling in their marriage, and couples who are looking to enhance their marriage. With training in emotional regulation, Cindy uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety and depression. She also uses Attachment Theory which is a psychological model attempting to describe the dynamics of long/short-term interpersonal relationships. Cindy is experienced in Group and Individual Counseling. Cindy has 20 years experience working in addictions, while using Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention (MBRP) methods. Pat is a graduate of Yorkville University with a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology and the Ryerson University Bachelor of Social Work Program. She is registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. She is trained in various therapeutic models that include: Narrative, Solution Focused, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and is experienced in group, couples, family and individual counselling. She also has years experience working with people with serious mental health issues, while specializing in depression and anxiety. Pat has worked for the past thirteen years as a social worker at the Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care facilitating groups, and working with families and individuals. Saarah is a graduate of the Seneca College Social Service Worker Program and is registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. Prior to this, Saarah obtained an Honors of BA within the Multicultural Indigenous Studies program from York University receiving an additional certification in Anti-Racist Research Practice. Saarah is currently in the midst of completing her Masters in the Counselling Psychology program from Yorkville University where she will soon receive her designation as a Registered Psychotherapist (RP). Saarah has a commitment to practice with anti-oppressive and non-judgmental frameworks.
