I’m Bre, and I am all about movement. A lifelong dancer and daily mover, I continue to be inspired to grow within my so-far, 8-year-long career as a movement instructor. My qualifications lie in graduating from California State University Long Beach with a BA in Dance Science, completing the BASI Pilates Comprehensive Teacher Training with Dance Specialization, a 200-hour yoga teacher-training program through YogaWorks, attending continuing education programs such as Low Back Pain & Pilates: Flexion and Extension Based Programs, Pilates for the Mature Client, Pilates for pelvic floor work, and Pilates for rehab. Staying updated on the latest research and information in the Pilates and movement world is important to me! As a exercise practitioner, I aim to teach mindful movement with Pilates, Yoga, strength, and rehab exercises. With my teachings, I hope clients leave each class & session feeling uplifted and strong in their mind, body, and spirit.
