Deborah Layton

Deborah has been involved in wellness for over 30 years. She is a licensed massage therapist, yoga teacher and therapist, aromatherapist, and comprehensively trained Pilates teacher. She is also an authorized teacher of Sounder Sleep System, Movement Intelligence, Alchemy of Menopause, and BodyMind Centering Yoga.

Liz Rossi

Liz is a comprehensively trained Balanced Body Pilates instructor. She not only teaches Pilates but has also taught dance and music theatre in the area for many years. Liz currently has renewed her career in acting professionally and has recently appeared in short films, commercials, and TV shows such as The Marvelous Mrs Maisel and American Rust.

Hi everyone! I’m a WV transplant. I live in Fairmont with my husband Richard, of 23 years and my 22 year old daughter Isabella. I’m a certified personal trainer and certified nutrition and health coach. My everyday job is private tutor. I love working with all my kiddos but I also love helping others achieve their personal health goals. I’m looking forward to completing my Pilates certification and working more in this capacity with those who love Pilates as much as I do.

Kay has been in the fitness business since 2015 and is passionate about it. She does one-on-one coaching and group fitness. Her joy is to help people find their love for healthy lifestyle and fitness. She has a BFA in sculpture with a minor in exercise science. She completed level 1 Pilates Reformer training with Balanced Body. She also is a certified NASM Weight Loss personal trainer and diet coach holds certifications in Precision Nutrition, Olympic Weightlifting, TRX, Body Pump, Vinyasa yoga, Aerial, Spin, and Barre instructor.

Staci Cadalzo

Staci is a lifelong dancer and long-time teacher of dance, currently teaching at WVU. She is comprehensively trained in Pilates and enjoys teaching a flowing dynamic class that moves along so the hour goes by quickly.
