Kristina is from Orem, Utah and loves all outdoor volleyball, pickleball, paddle boarding, hiking, and eating chocolate. She received her training at Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in Utah. She loves being a Massage Therapist because it has helped her live a healthier life, and in turn allows her to help others. She enjoys working with people individually so she can focus on their own specific goals. Massage Therapy has taught her how to help heal specific muscles in the body, whether the muscle pain comes from injury, repetitive use, or emotional stress. She looks forward to work each day to meet new people and see her clients progress!
