As a youngster I loved making mudpies; as a teen I sculpted with clay; later I loved to roll, knead and bake fresh bread. Today, I find massage to be, on many levels, highly grounding and healing in a hectic world. It just may help you too. My work is intuitive; not process driven. I am trained in many different modalities, ie,, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Orthopedic, Thai, Trigger Point and the all-important breathwork.
