Description: BOXFTI808 BOXING provides boxing instruction to youth and adults. We teach Olympic style boxing to all whether they plan to compete or not. We teach the SWEET SCIENCE of Boxing. If you want to learn how to box and get a great workout, come train with us!
Additional Info: We are at Harbor Center, Aiea next to Napa Auto Parts, but in the back facing the bicycle path.
The beginners Boxing Class is required if you have never trained in Boxing.
Handwraps required while training.

Business Hours: For the month of October, boxing classes will be Monday through Thursday 4 PM 5 PM and 6 PM. Introduction to boxing Class will be at 6 PM every Friday.

Coach Phil is the owner of BOXFIT808 Boxing Gym and has trained several state, regional and National Boxing Champions. Coach Jazzelle is the manager at BOXFIT808 Boxing Gym and has many accomplishments at the state, regional and national level. She has won the Youth, and Elite National Championships and 2 time national Golden Gloves Champion. She trains all ages and abilities and is running all boxing classes. Coach Walt has been boxing competitively in Virginia and now at BOXFIT808 where he is undefeated his last 3 bouts.
