*** Please review the policy below BEFORE booking! Acceptance of Policy: By booking with Brows By Ashley Nicole LLC, you understand and accept the following policies. Booking and Appointments: Your appointment is NOT considered booked until your retainer fee is paid! All services and retainer fees are non- transferable and non- refundable. Late Arrivals: A $15 late fee will be applied If you are more than 10 min late. Cancellation Policy: A 24 hour notice is required in order to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Should you fail to give a 24 hr notice before your appointment, you will be responsible for paying a $25 late cancellation fee. No Show Policy: If you fail to show up to your appointment, you will be charged full price for your service and will no longer be able to book with me in the future. No extra guests and no children! Please note that children under the age of 10 are not allowed in the room for safety purposes. Children over the age of 10 must be able to sit alone, quietly in the waiting area. Unfortunately, if you arrive with a child under the age of 10 you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and you will forfeit your retainer fee! It is very important to book your touch up appointment when you book your initial appointment! This is to ensure that you get the time and date that works best for you! The touch up appointment should be booked 6-8 weeks after your initial appointment. Lastly, if you have ever had Permanent Makeup please DO NOT book an appointment without a consultation, no matter how long ago or how faded it looks to you.
