Melody is an extraordinary yoga teacher, who conveys her great knowledge of yoga asanas, physical mechanics & spiritual upliftment with graciousness, authority, and fun. One of Melody's greatest strengths is the purity of her transmission of Yoga. She's able to help clients experience depth in their yoga practice. Melody finds great joy in guiding beginning through advanced students into the stillness of meditation that follows yoga. She is registered at the highest level through Yoga Alliance, as an E-RYT500 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) and is a Certified Yoga Therapist. She has been practicing the teachings of yoga since the age of 14. She is a Therapeutic Ananda Yoga Teacher who offers therapeutic yoga for private sessions and groups. Melody loves leading Ananda's Restorative Yoga Program. She is also trained in prenatal yoga, as well as helping to teach the Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training. Nayaswami Gyandev’s rich meditation background spans several respected traditions and more than four decades. In 1982, he became a disciple of Paramhansa Yogananda, whose meditation techniques he has been using exclusively ever since. Gyandev also helps students take advantage of a wide range of valuable supporting practices: e.g., fine-tuning sitting posture for greater relaxation, using pranayama (breath control) techniques to enhance meditation, helping students change unhelpful meditation habits, and tailoring meditation practice to suit the needs and goals of the individual. An Ananda Lightbearer minister and Kriyacharya (teacher of Kriya Yoga), Gyandev teaches worldwide, directs the Ananda School of Yoga & Meditation, and co-directs Ananda Meditation Teacher Training, both online and in person at The Expanding Light Retreat. He created The Ananda Yoga Series of videos, and he has written four books, including Spiritual Yoga: Awakening to Higher Awareness.

An Ananda Lightbearer minister, Diksha is founder/director of Ananda Spiritual Counseling Training, as well as co-director of Ananda Meditation Teacher Training (Both offered in person and online). She teaches primarily at The Expanding Light Retreat, but her courses and retreats have also taken her across the United States, Canada, Europe, Costa Rica, Israel, and India. Diksha’s articles, blogs, and guided spiritual practices (on video) have inspired thousands on the Ananda School of Yoga & Meditation YouTube channel and the free Ananda Meditation App. She also created the Online Vegetarian Cooking for Health and Vitality video series, and authored three successful vegetarian cookbooks, including the popular The Healing Kitchen.
