Angie, mother of two boys, Human Resources Manager, and Yoga Teacher, discovered yoga in the early 2000's to help her through a very difficult struggle in her life. Angie was instantly drawn to the practice of yoga as it not only made her feel restored, nourished and balanced, it also helped her to accept where she was in her life and overcome the battles she was experiencing with her own body. Angie has continued to consistently practice yoga since that time in her life, even throughout the entirety of her 2 pregnancies. Because yoga become such a very essential part of Angie's life, she chose to complete the 200 hour training in 2015/16 and further expand her knowledge by completing the Children’s Hatha Yoga training. Angie's yoga practice has facilitated in her becoming stronger both physically and mentally, on and off the mat. Angie is so grateful to have discovered yoga and is motivated by having the ability to share it with her students. Namaste.
