CJ
CJ

"I wanted to change the world, but I have found that the only thing one can be sure of changing, is oneself".-Aldous Huxley(English write and philosopher) Yoga is life. Yoga is breath. Yoga is a sense of inward and outward connection with the physical and spiritual self. Yoga is community. Yoga is individuality. Yoga will wake you up and it will give you exactly what your soul/body needs right here, right now. These are just a few of the concepts that CJ has learned throughout her yoga journey, over the past ten years. As a spiritual person by nature, who has always practiced the sacred art of Yoga, CJ knew her next calling was to take her practice beyond the mat, and branch it to others, to share in the beauty that yoga can be, because it is for everyone. It is the perfect prescription for anyone who wants to make a change in their life. Yoga handles stress, anxiety, sadness, regret, loneliness, limited range of motion, pain, physical discomfort, and lack of sense of self.
