Artisanal Wellness 

I enjoy helping people. I first became interested in the natural/alternative world when I bought a place in the country in Sebastopol, CA. This experience lit up a passion for herbalism and natural product making that I had no idea was there. I became fascinated with what plants could do, but eventually, life became busy, and I set it aside. Years later I had some health issues and while trying to figure myself out I reawakened my passion for the natural world. Through this process, I created a natural products company called Michele's Apothecary where I designed and made treatments for spas. While this company was wonderful, I wanted to connect more with people. This led to studying more herbalism, aromatherapy, bodywork, Ayurveda, energetic medicine, nutrition, and health coaching, eventually leading to a BS in Health Science. I share this information because these experiences are some of what I bring when I help people. We are all different and I believe in gathering as much information as possible and creating a plan that works for the individual.
