She has additional training in CBT, DBT, solution-focused brief therapy, narrative therapy, and believes in utilizing a strengths-based perspective. Stephanie endeavours to ensure that her practice is a safe space for those in the 2SLGBTQ+ community and for the BIPOC community through the use of anti-oppressive and anti-racist practice.
