Over the years, Shaye, founder of Ananda Studios, came to her mat time and time again in search of humility, growth and bliss. Recovering from a severe back injury, Shaye discovered a form of uplifting exercise she never imagined she’d be able to practice again. This ignited her curiosity to understand the depth of our mind and the opportunity of our bodies. With the guidance of life long yogis, her training dove deep in the teachings of yogic philosophy and practice. Certified in Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa and Acro Yoga, her classes cater to all levels. Join Shaye on your mat and explore the interconnectedness of mind, breath and movement
