Diana Flumian
Diana Flumian

Diana is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher who’s been practicing yoga for over 15 years. Diana knows firsthand how the stresses of a career, family and life can take a toll on one’s health, body, and the amount of joy one is able to experience. Her practice and teaching philosophy helps balance the energies of mind, body, and spirit to bring the whole self back into balance by using the power of manifestation, intention, breath work (pranayama), postures (asana), movement and meditation. Her light and fun approach to classes gives people space to notice how their bodies are responding and she provides thorough instruction for how to balance energy so it can flow optimally. At 52 years of age, she understands how getting older can hinder one’s ability to move and her goal is to ensure she, herself, and her students can move with ease well into our golden years. One of her favourite mantras is “life is meant to be cherished” and she believes ease in movement and balancing mind, body, and spirit through yoga can help achieve that.
