Flavia's journey with Yoga started when she was 15 years old, attending yoga classes in her hometown back in Brazil along with her mom, a very important person in her journey of self-knowledge and continuous studies. After many years as a practitioner, she graduated from her 200-hr RYT course in December 2022 with Tales Nunes from Vida de Yoga - Brazil. Right after graduating, in January 2023, she found out she's expecting her first child. Since then, she's been diving into the parenting universe, learning the nuances of prenatal and postpartum with PYLV Prenatal Yoga School, 85-hr RPYT course, reading books, and sharing experiences with the community from Las Vegas, where she lives now with her husband.
