Ashley has been an esthetician since 2005. She thrives on making others look and feel their very best! Her passion was so strong she aspired to open a spa of her own. After much hard work and grit, in January 2016 her dream became a reality! Ashley is proud of the quality A New You offers and loves pampering her clients. She uses Glo Skin Beauty Therapeutics in her skin care treatments, also offers dermaplaning and specializes in eyebrow rehabilitation.

Kayla moved to Kentucky from California in October of 2014. After her own personal journey of dealing with problematic skin, she decided she wanted to not only help herself but others as well. She graduated from PJ's College of Cosmetology in 2018. Kayla has been learning and perfecting her craft since. Her goal is to offer effective skincare as well as total relaxation. She is grateful to offer her services and share her knowledge at A New You Day Spa!

Tiffany is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Kinesiology. She also holds a Kentucky Board License in Massage Therapy since 2016. Specializing with additional education in deep tissue, sports massage therapy, stretch therapy, post surgical massage, prenatal and relaxation massage. With a background is sport science, Tiffany has experience working with athletes of all levels, relieving muscle soreness, working through injuries and incorporating body movement to improve quality of life. Tiffany also has over six years of spa training, striving to give clients the deepest relaxation, body recovering experience during your session. With an empathetic and charismatic personality her goal is for the client to leave feeling relieved and relaxed with a plan for the clients self care wellness journey.

Hello, my name is Sasha Davis. I am a passionate Licensed Massage Therapist, who obtained my certification from Lexington Healing Arts Academy in 2021. My favorite part about being a LMT is helping others understand their bodies better, calm their minds, and find overall relief through touch. I personalize each massage to cater to the client’s specific needs using the techniques such as Swedish (or relaxation) massage, deep tissue, and light stretching. I also enjoy helping mothers-to-be find some comfort through pregnancy massage. Massage has brought me so much joy and purpose. Learning never stops in this profession and that’s one of the reasons why I love it so much. There are so many ways to massage and heal through it. I look forward to continuing to develop my skills to best help my clients.

Erin is a LMT and Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner and a Lexington native. Coming to us from Cocoa Beach, Florida, she was a massage practice owner/operator before coming back to Kentucky to pursue her Nursing Degree. She has been a massage therapist for over three years and has an extensive history in the medical field. Erin is specialized in Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage after studying and gaining certification in Orlando, Florida. Having worked with hundreds of post-operative clients ranging from elective procedures such as Lipo 360, breast augmentation and BBL to oncology patients, Lymphatic Drainage Massage is what she is most passionate about. She also focuses on therapeutic modality, mixing elements of relaxation massage with pain relieving and spot treating techniques for a pain free massage experience. She is an herbalist and avid yogi and mother to one amazing kiddo.

Terese has been a professional stylist for over 20 years. Her humor and attention to client care has left customers saying, “She’s one of a kind.” She has completed special training in advanced cutting and color techniques at The Aveda Institute in Minneapolis, MN. Her training gives her an extensive knowledge of European color systems and her continuing education allows her to practice new techniques and always stay ahead of trends.

Mandy Gonty is a Professional Master Stylist with 14+ years experience. She is Redken Blonde Authority Certified and Brazillian Blowout Certified and has even styled local celebrities. Mandy takes pride in furthering her education and always keeping up with the latest trends.
