Danni
Danni

Danni received her 200 hr certification for Hatha/Vinyasa yoga in the beautiful hills of northern California and has been teaching since 2017. Her favorite styles of yoga are whatever she happens to be teaching that day, which is mostly vinyasa and restorative. She believes that yoga is for everyone and that every practice is a chance to go back into your day with a clean slate, body, and mind. When Danni isn’t teaching yoga, she’s usually with her dogs making art, or playing guitar.

Christi Gleason
Christi Gleason

Christi Gleason started practicing yoga in 1997 with the intention of never becoming a yoga teacher. She started as a dance teacher in 1990, started teaching fitness classes in 1994 and came to yoga to relax and stretch. Little did she know it would turn into a passion. Christi was called to start subbing yoga classes in 1999 while living in Hawaii. Then, in 2001, while living in Georgia, where yoga teachers were hard to find, she agreed to take on teaching regular classes, educated only through books and classes at that point. Finally, she formalized her training in 2005 when she had the opportunity to join a 200-hour training program, Lotus Gardens Teacher training (with Laura Ward) in Danbury Connecticut, with a strong commitment to Sivananda and Iyengar-based practices. Upon completion, she was drawn to pursue Ashtanga yoga teacher immersion training with David Swenson. She later pursued 500-hour training through The Yoga Teachers School of Excellence in Jackson, TN, where she also became IAYT-certified as a Yoga Therapist. During Christi's years of teaching, she took many trips to pursue more yoga teacher education through travel to Kripalu, Yoga Journal Conferences, and over state lines to study with yoga greats including Rodney Yee, Baron Baptiste, Seane Corn, Patricia Walden, Richard Freeman, and Shiva Rea, among others. She also was able to spend a week studying with Pattabhi Jois just prior to his passing, and has also attended programs with his son Manju and grandson Shirath. She also attended Yoga Kids teacher training with Marcia Wenig. Christi's teaching is a combination of all these great influences who have helped her create her own practice. Christi continues to teach fitness classes in addition to yoga, and is also a certified Medical Qigong Practitioner and Stott Pilates instructor.

Brittany Amber
Brittany Amber

Rebirthing Breathwork Facilitator + Registered Yoga Instructor Brittany Amber began her wellness journey as a yoga instructor in the height of the pandemic. By coming to the mat & her body, she was able to find grounding amidst the chaos. Feeling as though there was more to this journey, she continued to further explore her personal healing until she discovered Rebirthing Breathwork in the fall of 2021. In breathwork she found the heart of radical transformation. Through the combination of yoga and a deeper relationship with the breath, she found the mind-body-soul connection she was seeking. Driven by a lifelong desire to share her vibrancy, passions, and support with others; Brittany’s goal is to guide you back home to yourself through a combination of self inquiry, movement, and stillness. You can expect to be met as you are with compassion, grace, and honesty as we make the most of this human experience together.

Michelle Ann
Michelle Ann

Artist at heart, animal lover, soul seeker, and a perpetual student of the Universe… I have been inexplicably drawn to the realm of energy. It was in my early 20s that I discovered yoga and was introduced to the practice of meditation, both profoundly transformed my life and overall well-being. Between 2012 and 2014, I completed my Usui Master Reiki Practitioner/Teacher training and certifications, embarking on a journey to better understand the intricacies of energy healing. During this time, I also began immersing myself in the study of the Chakra and Meridian systems within the Washington Healing Arts Community. After having a personal Yoga practice for 6 years in 2019, my path led me to the Sacred Valley of Peru, where I completed an intensive month-long 200 HR RYT certification. This experience expanded my horizons even further, offering me a deeper immersion into the expansive realm of energy healing modalities. A common thread began to reveal itself to me, connecting the dots between various energy systems taught worldwide and the cultural narratives woven into these modalities. Underlying the different narratives of the messages… energy remains constant and unifying. As I look ahead in my own journey of self-discovery and growth in the coming years. My plans include pursuing certifications in Yoga Thai Therapy and a 300-HR Trauma-Informed RYT program. Additionally, I am excited to integrate Ayurvedic Wellness principles into a "bio local modern day" framework, forging a harmonious synergy between ancient wisdom and contemporary living. In sharing my journey and experiences, I aspire to guide others towards their own paths of healing and union with Self. Just as I have found solace and empowerment through these practices, my ultimate goal is to hold space for others to have their own transformative experiences. Thank you for being along this journey with me. 🙏✨
