Always Love Yoga Studio 

A St. Louis native and Im an experienced and certified yoga instructor. Vested social worker of over 10 years experience within various Missouri juvenile detention centers and working with at-risk youth and their parents. I began my yoga journey in 2008. While practicing hot yoga and trying self-care activities to help with the stress of my career, I found myself wanting to practice/learn more yoga and finding ways to make yoga more accessible to the children and families I serve. Since completing the 200hr-YTT with Yoga Buzz in 2017, I am eager to share my uniqueness in yoga instruction. I enjoy volunteering at various community fairs and school events. Classes are open for various levels in Vinyasa, Gentle Flow, and Deep Stretch with emphasis on mindfulness, safety and self-love. I look forward to sharing yoga with children, fellow social workers, teachers, therapists, victims of trauma or any person looking to be free of anything and open to having lots of fun.
