You want someone to listen to your story, hear your goals and help you make health decisions that will improve your day-to-day life, not squeeze you into a cookie-cutter ultrafast appointment that leaves you wondering if they did the same thing for the patient before you. Dr. Herrst prides herself on being a physician first with chiropractic medicine as her specialty. No cookie-cutter treatments here. Instead, after a thorough intake process, together you map out a plan to improve all areas of your health, including posture, exercise, nutrition, sleep, toxic exposure and more. This is whole-person chiropractic care, no cracking necessary. Dr. Herrst has a special passion for working with women and their families to help them achieve optimal health.
