I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2009. After graduating, I worked solely on friends and family to keep my skills current while working a completely different career. In 2013 I decided to step out and do massage full time at Columbia Chiropractic and Massage. After working there for a year I chose to go out on my own and start All For You full time. I have 2 teenage boys, love to read, camp, and spend time with my friends and family. I also workout at Crossfit so am very knowledgeable about the issues than can arise from working out in that setting. I specialize in low back, sciatic nerve, carpel tunnel, shoulder issues, and many other areas that need increased mobility and decrease in pain.
