Jessica Jambrich is a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer and OFC Fitness Instructor. She Graduated with honours from the Fitness & Health Promotion Program at Georgian College. “I believe functional fitness that is specific to the individual not every exercise is suitable from one person to the next. I teach a wide range of training styles including weight training & power lifting, boot camps, Pilates & Yoga Fit, inclusion programs, gentle fitness, pole fitness, chair dance and even Egyptian/Tribal Belly Dancing…to name a few. I love to show people the benefits of fitness and that you should enjoy yourself when exercising, there will be struggle along the way but enjoying the type of fitness you are performing, in my opinion, produces the best results for your body, but overall, your mental health.”
Ardra has been passionate about fitness her whole life! She started body building many years ago to improve her overall health and fell in love with it. 'I have a been a gym lover forever' she says with a huge smile alwyas! She started competing in Figure/Physique competitions a little later in life as she as always modest and shy...'now I only compete with myself' she speaks confidently! Ardra is a Can Fit Pro Certified Trainer and loves resistance and muscle training along with bootcamp style training! "I do this because I have a genuine love of helping people at all ages and fitness levels, my passion for fitness is contagious!"
