He also can perform peaceful relaxation light pressure or medium pressure if you do not prefer deep tissue work. Sports style massage is also used sometimes, mainly with passive joint movements, but you may be asked to actively move a limb while direct pressure is applied to a significant knot or trigger point. Andrew has incredible intuition that helps him easily locate the tense areas and release the tension.
