Linda is a gifted intuitive healer and teacher who calls on the power of Reiki energy and shamanic healing wisdom to guide her. She is spiritually grounded and dedicates her life to this work in hopes of lighting up the world one person and one experience at a time. Every session includes a chakra reading which helps to pinpoint areas of balance and imbalance (if any), and will provide guidance for your ongoing healing and personal growth process. Linda teaches Reiki, Shamanic Journeying and Shamanic Healing programs. She offers to share her learnings to others who show commitment and who feel called to explore their Gifts and Powers. Kimberley graduated from York University with a Specialized Honors Degree in Psychology and is completing her Master of Counselling Psychology Degree at Yorkville University (Dec/21). She also has a diploma in Funeral Sciences from Humber College and certificates in Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching, and Health Sciences. She is furthering her studies in the fields of traumatology and addictions, with a special interest in behavioral addictions. As a practicum therapist in supervised practice, Kimberley is passionate about helping those who are struggling with a range of concerns, from mental health issues to everyday life challenges. Her greatest satisfaction, however, comes from helping others find strategies that lead to improved coping and healing from painful events, regardless of the circumstances. She works with individuals who have gone through immense challenges and adverse experiences and is continually amazed by the courage and strength of others. Her practice is grounded in the belief that we all have the capacity to bring about positive changes in our lives and live authentically with meaning and purpose. Her work incorporates elements from a variety of therapeutic approaches to support your growth, including Narrative Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Bereavement Counselling. She incorporates a trauma-informed approach to her work and has experience working with individuals from many diverse backgrounds.
