Courtney fell in love with the beauty industry early in life. Having a background in theater and being the go to for hair and makeup for stage productions; it set a tone to pursue the beauty industry as a career. Married to a Marine Corps Veteran has led to Courtney holding licenses in multiple states including California, Montana, and Idaho. She has been licensed in the industry since 2007. Courtney has also worked in the product side of the industry in the corporate office on things like trade shows, model events, etc. In 2017 Courtney was accepted as a member of The Unicorn Tribe. The Tribe is a group of Artist collectives around the globe who blaze the trails in this industry each day. After owning multiple single suites on her own, It felt like the right path to create a space for other stylists with passions much like her own. Alchemy Color Lounge then came to fruition in 2019.
