Nayelli Cardenas is a Certified Massage Therapist, Holistic Health Practitioner, and Yoga Teacher with expertise in transformational bodywork, energy balancing, and alignment yoga. Since 2000 she has focused her massage practice on the mind-body connection and how it relates to healing while studying the pioneering soft tissue rehabilitation therapies currently applied in physical therapy clinics. She is certified in advanced forms of bodywork, massage, energy medicine, and yoga training from Healing Hands School of Holistic Health, The Upledger Institute, and the California Academy of the Healing Arts. She continues her studies at Iyengar Yoga Palm Desert. Towards an Iyengar Teacher Certification. She is the owner of ALIGN Bodywork and Yoga, located in Costa Mesa, CA is a premier healing center specializing in transformational bodywork, Yoga, and Energy Medicine Programs like the JUMP START Holistic Bodywork Healing Program.

We are currently offering TWO rooms as hourly and part-time SUBLEASE opportunities for massage therapists, acupuncturists,s and reiki healers. The rooms are fully furnished and ready for you to come in bring your clients, think turn-key * Complete massage table/face cradle (warmer included) *Hot Cabi + Crock Pot *Fan + Air Purifier *Rolling stool *Hospital-grade BUT human-friendly disinfectants because We keep EVERYTHING CLEAN. The smaller room is 12 x 11 and still has plenty of room for great body mechanics = longevity in your career. This room also gets lots of natural light, and it is a very calm and chill space. There is tons of accessible parking, no joke park, and walk up to the studio—first floor for easy access to all the peeps and easy handicap access. While the room is FULLY furnished, you need to provide all of the following and whatever else you may need: Oils/Lotions Sheets/Towels/face cradle covers Hot stones. You will also need proof of liability insurance, CAMTC Certification, and a Costa Mesa City Business License. The large room is available for professionals to rent to grow their massage business. The therapist must have signed a contract on file before booking the room. All sessions include 15 minutes for clean-up and set-up:

The Yoga Studio is available for professionals to rent to grow their massage business. The therapist must have signed a contract on file before booking the room. Our boutique-size studio can hold up to 6 yoga students and around 12-15 for small group classes like reiki workshops, meditation classes, and sound baths.
