My style of massage is generally a firmer pressure swedish massage that incorporates a combination of deep tissue and trigger point work. I also have extensive training in migraine relief, sciatica treatment and cupping therapy.

I specailize in Swedish massage but also incorporate deep pressure, trigger point work and some myofascial release techniques. I am studying physical therapy so I try to add some passive stretching into my massages. I am also trained in prenatal and hot stone massage

I love the relaxation aspect of giving (And receiving!) facial services, but I’m passionate about helping clients put their best face forward by addressing skin conditions and concerns long-term. I enjoy formulating a skin care regimen to meet each client’s specific needs, and providing a realistic plan to most effectively meet their goals. Acne-prone and mature skin are my focus. Skin is in! Let’s take our very best care of it!

Working with people in a therapeutic setting has proven to me time and again how beneficial body work can be. Since December 2016. I enjoy providing relaxation, deep tissue, trigger point, prenatal and hot stone massages with swedish techniques. In extension of my goals, I also have acquired my license in esthetics and can now provide services such as facials and waxing. A session of cupping can also be added to your massage or facial session.

My approach to massage is a slower paced style, ranging from light to deep pressure, to allow the muscles to loosen without forcing, flush out stress and help reduce pain. My area of expertise is deep hip and leg work to alleviate sciatica, by working slowly to move with what the body is communicating and find the source of the problem. I have extended training working with trigger points in the rotator cuff to reduce pain and stiffness, and love working with cupping in those areas. I provide a safe space for client’s who have anxiety, as well as the LGBTQ+ community, as I’ve been told, my style and presence is calming and allows them to relax.

As a recent graduate of the Therapeutic Massage Program at Madison College, I am excited to join the team at A Better Body. My style of massage includes Swedish Massage, Trigger Point, and Deep Tissue Massage. Focusing on the perfect blend of pain relief and relaxation, my favorite areas to work on are upper back, shoulders, neck, and glutes. I am passionate providing clients a caring environment to facilitate their health and wellness journey.

I graduated from Madison College massage program in 2015. My massage is a blend of relaxation and pain relief using mostly Swedish massage and trigger point techniques. My specialties include working with migraines, pregnancy, cancer, and fibromyalgia. I appreciate that everyone has different goals on any given day, and will tailor every massage to each individuals best benefit. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to work in the healing field and help people achieve their individual goals, whether it be relief from pain, restoring energy and balance, or simply relaxation.
