Trace Turville Konerko

One of Trace’s greatest joys is bringing qigong and taijiquan (t'ai chi as it is commonly called) to all ages and arenas of life. With over 25 years of experience, the range of her teaching includes patients at the Othmer Cancer Center in Brooklyn, New York, undergraduate students at California Institute of the Arts, Loyola Marymount University and Occidental College in Los Angeles, teenagers at The California State Summer School for the Arts and young adult performers in ABC’s Diversity Program. Her youngest (and possibly wisest) students to date have been preschoolers at The Occidental Child Development Center. Trace’s taijiquan practice and instruction is in the Yang Style Long Form (108) and Wudang Taiji 18. Her qigong practice and classes source from many forms such as Bu Zheng Qigong, The Nine Phases of Qi Cultivation, The Eight Silk Brocades, The Five Elements, Wudang Qigong, Animal Frolics and more.
