Move Me Brightly Yoga 

Melanie Sanders began her yoga journey at the advice of her chiropractor in order to maintain spinal health, muscular stability and strength. After her first practice she was hooked! Experiencing a profound love of the practice and realizing incredible benefits inspired Melanie to answer the call to serve the practice and others through teaching. For now, Melanie focuses on implementing the therapeutic applications of yoga in her one-on-one and small group sessions through gentle asana along with meditation and pranayama. This creates an atmosphere where attention to the individual healing potential of each student is possible. Melanie is a wife, a mom of 3, an autism mom and a breast cancer survivor. The main focus in our sessions together will be centered around the concept of self love! You Are Enough!
