See my website for full descriptions. lizroyce.massagetherapy.com I've been doing massage since the early 90's and I love what I do. Deep tissue and focus work are my preference/specialty. My new service (as of November 2023) that I will be including with my massage service is meditation. This will only be for select current clients. The intention of the meditation is to get your mind on 1 thing that keeps you focused and relaxed instead of a gazillion things that your mind does naturally keeping you stressed. I prefer adding the meditation to a 90-minute or more service but I may also have 60-minute meditations available. This new service is still in the workings.
