Jade has practiced yoga since 2009 and has been teaching for 3 and a half years. She has completed her 200 hr Teacher Training, Ayurvedic teacher training (practicum to be complete) Yoga Nidra workshops, Teaches kids yoga and Trauma informed yoga classes and Barre Certified.
