Description: A Chef (themes to be announced) will teach a cooking class in our farm-kitchen as he prepares a three-course outdoor luncheon with produce guests have harvested from our fields.
Canadian wines will be paired.
Guests receive produce baskets.
Additional Info: We will welcome Guests with snacks & an aperitif & escort them into a tunnel to harvest fresh salad greens. Guests will then be taken into our organic fields to harvest beans, carrots, tomatoes, & more. Vegetarian & Gluten-Free dining options are available
