Q: Does Schedulicity have a mobile app?
A: Schedulicity has a mobile Web application that can be used by both service providers and their clients. Service providers can control their entire schedule from their Blackberry, iPhone, iPad, or Android-based phones and their clients can create appointments with these businesses through those same phones.

Q: How reliable is Schedulicity and how will you scale?
A: Since Schedulicity launched, we have had 99.98% availability (excluding, of course, time for scheduled maintenance to deploy system updates). We have never lost any customer information and we store all Schedulicity data on a RAID-enabled Storage Area Network (SAN), which offers scalability and protection against drive failure. We also back up Schedulicity data on a consistent schedule. Put simply, we operate in a highly available and redundant environment.
