We spent thousands of hours on the receiving end of appointments - watching, listening, answering phones and working behind the counter. We then talked to hundreds of customers and clients and heard endless stories about the inconvenience of traditional scheduling - busy signals, voicemail, call backs, rescheduling, not getting a time slot that worked for them, etc. For many, it was easier to book a flight to Paris than an appointment down the street!

It was clear that neither side of an appointment was getting what they wanted. It wasn't about the calendar. It was about the experience. We decided to develop a whole new approach.
