What is your cancellation policy? Is there a long commitment?
While we have found that most professionals love the product, you may cancel at any time. We simply bill you month-to-month.
Do you allow my clients to pre-pay for my services at the time of booking?
Our research indicates that most service professionals would prefer payment at the time of service to allow for product sales and promotions. Additionally when you begin collecting credit card information, you take on the responsibility of insuring your business is PCI compliant - an issue not to be overlooked.
Is my data secured?
Schedulicity is hosted at one of the most reliable and secure hosting centers in the world. Our system is monitored 24/7 to ensure the integrity of your business data. The safety of your data and our privacy policies are of utmost importance to us.
We have multiple service providers. Can each have their own prices, services and hours?
Absolutely.
Can I limit access for my employees?
Yes, Schedulicity allows you to create an Associate Account with limited access to the application.
Do I have to switch over to Schedulicity on the day I sign up?
You can transition slowly or all at once. We know you already have some bookings in your calendar, so we designed a feature that lets you choose a specific date in the future — up to 30 days out — for when you want to begin accepting appointments on Schedulicity. This lets you start whenever you want and eliminates the hassle of copying all your existing appointments into the system (like our competitors make you do). This feature is so unique that we patented it.
Why do my clients have to create a profile in order to schedule appointments?
Because they get their own personalized scheduling page with one-click rebooking, automatic appointment reminders and mobile scheduling. They need a profile with an email to enjoy all of these great benefits and more.
Do I need a computer at my place of work?
Schedulicity's mobile features allow you to manage your calendar from a Blackberry, iPhone, or Android phone. You'll only need a Mac or PC for setup, reports, and other business management tasks.
Do I need a Web site?
A Web site is not required. If you don’t have a Web site, simply send your clients to Schedulicity.com where they can book their appointments with you. If you do have a Web site, or other Web presence such as Facebook or MySpace, simply add a “Schedule Now” button to link clients directly to your Schedulicity on-line calendar. We’ve created the button for you so it’s very easy.
Can I control how far in advance clients can schedule online?
Yes. Schedulicity allows you to set how far in advance clients can schedule with you, such as a month ahead or a year ahead. You can also set rules on how close to the appointment start time they can create or cancel an appointment, such as an hour ahead or a day ahead.
Does Schedulicity allow me to create recurring appointments?
Yes, you can schedule recurring appointments. It’s easy!
Does Schedulicity's calendar provide daily and weekly views?
Yes. We understand that it is sometimes helpful to see an entire week when scheduling behind the counter. Schedulicity lets you easily toggle between daily and weekly calendar views.
